How SymTrac™ Psoriasis
can help put you in control

The SymTrac™ Psoriasis app allows you to record personalised data about your psoriasis in written and visual format using three simple tools:

A symptom diary and Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) questionnaire help track the pattern of your psoriasis symptoms and measure their impact on your quality of life over time.

A camera function enables you to upload photos of your skin, to which you can add notes to help capture the true extent of your psoriasis symptoms during a good or bad day.

Data is displayed in easy to read graphs, which can be emailed to your clinician ahead of your appointments. Alternatively, and if you prefer, you can e-mail them to yourself to print off and take with you.
